Noordwest Ziekenhuisgroep is a hospital group for the north-western part of the Netherlands that offers both basic and highly specialist healthcare, with hospitals in Alkmaar, Den Helder, Heerhugowaard, Limmen, Schagen, and on the island of Texel. Created as a result of the merger of Medisch Centrum Alkmaar and the Gemini Hospital, the group’s core values are 'Care for one another', 'Decisive action' and 'Proud to offer highly specialist care'.
