From the Find phase we move on to the Focus phase, based on potential solutions we have identified or on the strategy provided by our client. This phase is when we focus primarily on strategic and creative big ideas, which can be a refined vision, brand positioning, brand identity, visual identity, verbal identity, corporate identity concept, or a packaging design concept. The big ideas are filtered down to their essence and then presented to everyone through a clear story made up of text and visuals to identify emotional triggers.

We subsequently take the big ideas that both we and the client believe to be the strongest solutions and develop them into the various building blocks. This is to ensure that we are certain that we will actually achieve various objectives. Or to test for the best effect and get feedback on possible improvements.
